ORA Orthopedics recently announced an expansion of its clinic in Muscatine, Iowa – adding Drs. R. Scott Collins and Justin Munns – and providing a wider variety of orthopedic services to meet the growing demands of the community. The two new doctors join Dr. Steven Boardman who has been at the clinic since it was opened just over a year ago.
The clinic is located within the Unity Point Clinic building at 3426 North Point Drive in Muscatine.
Dr. Steven Boardman
A native of Burlington, Iowa, Dr. Boardman studied at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. He currently practices in both Moline, IL and Muscatine, IA.
Dr. Boardman is board certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and specializes in shoulder arthroscopy and rotator cuff repair as well as hip, knee and shoulder replacement surgery.

Dr. Scott Collins
Dr. Collins was born and raised in the Quad Cities and went on to graduate from Rutgers (undergraduate) and Drexel University’s College of Medicine. He now practices in Moline, IL as well as Davenport and Muscatine, IA.
Dr. Collins’ specialties include fracture care and spine (back and neck) care, including spinal fusions and cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine surgery. He is board-certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Justin Munns
Dr. Munns comes from Peoria, IL by way of Harvard University (undergrad) and the University of Michigan Medical School. He currently practices in Moline and Silvis, IL and Muscatine, IA.
Dr. Munns’ specialties include hand, wrist and elbow disorders as well as carpal and cubital tunnel surgery.
