I was satisfied the day seen but when needed a work note and needed to have a call back from him I have still to this day not received that call nor note . It is a workman’s comp situation and to be paid for the days missed due to my injuries from work I’m not paid.
I felt my appointment was rushed and I wasn’t really feeling listened to. Other than that ORA HAS BEEN VERY KIND TO ME UNLIKE ANOTHER EXPERIENCE From ANOTHER FACILITY I WONT MENTION.
I had PT 5 sessions with Derek and 3 with others PTs. Derek was great and so we're all the others. I highly recommend getting physical therapy at ORA in Silvis.

I was always treated with respect and kindness. They accommodated me with a manageable schedule. They always listened to me when I told them where my pain was the worse, so we could focus specially on that area.
I had injections in both knees by Mr. Evan Witt and it went very well. My knees are very damaged from wear and past injuries. Mr. Witt did a superb job administering the injections. In the past when I lived in other states the shots were quite painful. With his expertise I found there was less discomfort. I would recommend anyone needing this treatment go to ORA for their injections. There was no long wait time and he takes time to listen to his patients.
Jessica was very helpful and took the time to explain my issue and recommend different medical therapies to help the healing process.
Dr. Rossi was very patient with me and explaining the problem that he was diagnosing for me. His explanations to me were complete and they were easy for me to understand. By the way, he explained them and I really appreciated that. He'll be doing a surgery on me soon and I have 100% confidence in the outcome.

I thought Dr Rink was going to exam me but they had the guy who does the surgical procedures with him instead. He was very adamant about the VA following up on my MRI I was given on July 15th 2025. Told me I needed to get a specialist for pain or neurologist.. as the VA had already mentioned to me. I have been going to Palmer but for some reason I was experiencing pain in my hip that Dr Rink replaced on May 8th 2024. The gentleman said it wasn't my hip that it was my back so I called the VA clinic and relayed the message to my primary care doctor. I also called Palmer for an appointment for lower lumbar adjustment and I am trying a acupuncture specialist in Moline IL on Wednesday of next week. I'm trying everything before going to the extreme of surgery or injections. Ty very much for your time and patience. Respectfully Wendy Kizer

Everything at the moline walk in clinical ora office was i got in and out and signed with pleasurable help at the front desk then when it came time to my name being called about 5 minutes later I taken back got xrays done and then had to wait about a few minutes for the pa Jennifer Wilson I do believe to call my name or to help me out if im remembering right but I had great help she says she thinks it could possibly be a torn rotator cuff and a bursitis on my left shoulder i got a steroid shot while we all talked and im still having the pain today and it looks a Lil bit more swollen today.but Jennifer did great

I came in with a knee issue that my regular doctor tossed aside as being normal. I was happy I was told I wasn’t crazy and that there actually WAS an issue. Doctor McBride was one of the nicest doctors I have met in my entire life. Very understanding and actually listened to me! Also extremely knowledgeable and wants to help his patients. Dr. Bries and ORA are top notch. I have been battling with a hip issue for quite some time. Dr. Bries and staff took the time to listen, evaluate and diagnose the issue.
