I absolutely love ORA!! I've been working with Dr Collazo and he's been great. He (and the rest of the team) actually care and listen to me and any issues I have. I feel heard and cared about.

For meeting him for the first time he seemed to be in a hurry.

Dr. Collazo is very personable and professional. He didn't rush through the appointment and took time to explain things well.

Dr Collazo is a great surgeon, very personable, takes time to answer questions and/or concerns. If you are in need for an orthopedist, go see him, I promise that you will be happy you did.

Dr Collazo and his scribe were wonderful. My only complaint is the X-ray tech didn't seem to have much compassion. She asked if I was supposed to put any weight on my left foot. I said I'm not supposed to. She said well that's the only way you're going to avoid surgery so you need to stay off it. But did she have a wheelchair to take me to the X-ray room so I wasn't on my foot? Nope. People that are coming to a doctor's office such as this they're in pain and they're suffering. We're not there for social events. So I would suggest keeping a wheelchair close by for the other people and myself that will need x-rays. I was lucky to have the knee scooter throughout this situation. I appreciate all of you guys help and making me feel better about having a broken foot. You guys are rockstars.

New patient screening because the Dr I was seeing left the practice. Very prompt and professional. Dr. Introduced himself with a nice handshake and a smile. He took his time reviewing my case and answered any questions I had.

My son has cerebral palsies in a wheelchair and was experiencing some foot pain. And the doctor took the time and explained and made sure if he had any questions. I really appreciate the time he took with him and talk to him, not just me.

This doctor is Very caring very receptive listens to you very clean awesome staff couldn't be more impressed if I tried. When the doctor was running late the staff came out and let us know which was very respectful and very impressed by. I recommend this doctor to anybody that is having difficulty and needs somebody that will understand and listen to them and actually help thank you Dr Christopher Collazo you are very much appreciated and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My previous doctor left ORA and I was pretty nervous to see who I would end up with. Dr. Collazo immediately erased my worries. He walked in the room with a bright cheerful smile and positive energy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He also had a different technique on how he does cortisone shots for plantar fasciatis and my feet haven't felt this good in a couple years. Highly recommend!!

My experience with ORA has been nothing but exceptional. In all of my visits I was almost always seen before my appointment time. Every nurse and doctor has treated me with care and understanding. I would recommend ORA for any of your orthodontic needs, anything from back pain to foot care!

Dr. Collazo thoroughly explained the causes for my foot pain and recommended several things I could try to help. I was relieved that surgery isn’t necessary at this time, and I’m hopeful that these other remedies will be beneficial.

He did and foot and toe surgery on me that helped me so much and has tasked away all my foot pain from a hammer toe/mallet toe and two or three other surgeries within that one surgery. I've been dealing with the after math of an unfortunate motorcycle accident for going on 5 months now. Dr. Collazo and his nurse Lacey have been fabulous to work with - both down to earth, easy to talk to, and actually listen. Same goes for Dr. Clark and his nurse Heather. Both teams have explained things well, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to decide the best plan of action. My insurance has been a struggle and they've all gone above and beyond to get things approved and get us headed in the right direction. They've done their best to make an un-enjoyable situation a little easier to handle. Appreciate them a ton!

Dr. Collazo was prompt in his arrrival relative to my appointment time. Went over my X-rays and made sure everything was explained well. Cortisone shot was expertly applied and gave me next day relief. In and out of ORA in 47 minutes, no complaints.

Dr. Collazo is wonderful! We’ve been to see him a couple times now. I had a non-invasive procedure done and it healed beautifully. I had a similar issue in a different area and he was able to take care of the issue during the visit when I was expecting to have come back. He was also very nice to repeat his recommended course of action because I wasn’t following (it was an early appointment). The staff is also very pleasant and are willing to answer questions.
