To refer a patient:
- Call our appointment scheduling specialists at (563) 322-0971 or (309) 762-3621.
- Complete our patient Referral Form and fax to (563) 459-4077. Our appointment specialists will contact the patient directly to schedule the appointment and send a confirmation fax to you with their scheduled appointment date.
Access
Timely access to orthopedic specialty care is critical. We offer same day / next day appointments for your patients with acute orthopedic injuries or patients you feel need to be seen today. We encourage you to contact us any time to discuss questions or concerns regarding your patient.
Physician Liaison
In order to enhance communications between our office and yours, and to streamline the referral process, our Physician Liaison, Kathy Langley, provides a two-way communications link between our practice and referring providers. Her goal is to improve the effectiveness of our practice to better meet your and your patients’ needs. ORA Healthcare Seminar Series
