Our visit started with, Shelly, bringing us back to a room where my had been crying toddler was now happy and giving high fives. Rachel, the urgent care PA, was so patient and kind with my little one. It's not easy to ask a two year old anything let alone important health questions. She took her time to check her entire arm not just where we thought it was hurt. Joe in xray even got her to smile for her "picture. " Adam in the cast room worked some magic getting a tiny little thumb in a cast! The whole team start to finish was just exceptional. - Lindsey D. - 6 days ago
