When making a payment online – you will need to click the “Yes” button at the end of your transaction to complete your online payment. 

After you have checked the “I’m not a robot” box, the payment will begin processing. A pop-up box with the question “Do you want to Process Your Payment?” will appear. You will need to click the “Yes” button to complete the transaction. However, you may need to scroll up the page to see the pop-up box and question. If you do not click the “Yes” button, your transaction will time out.
