At ORA, our people are at the heart of everything we do—and that’s exactly what we celebrated during our annual Employee Appreciation Days. This week-long event was all about recognizing the passion, dedication, and spirit our team brings to work every day.
The festivities began with a cozy gift to help employees ease into the fall season: ORA-branded blankets and beanies. From there, we turned up the summer vibes with our Perfect Summer Giveaway, where 20 lucky winners received ORA coolers, travel mugs, and gift cards to make the most of the sunny days ahead.
Midweek, we brought everyone together with a catered lunch from Chick-fil-A, because nothing builds community like good food. We also surprised 10 team members with bonus PTO, totaling 40 extra hours of well-deserved time off.
Throughout the week, we loved seeing the creativity and energy shared in team photos and stories, which captured the fun, connection, and camaraderie that make ORA a truly special place to work.
We wrapped up the celebration on a sweet note with colorful bags of sugar cookies—just a small token of appreciation for a team that gives so much.
