I had a test for neurological pain 😢 in my hands with tingling numbness and loss of control they sent the report to Dr Miller in Dubuque they call and said it was severe carpitonal and said they referred me to ORA Dr Breis they called me the next and scheduled the appointment for the next day Dr Breis came in first he said I will give it to you straight your is so severe we can not cure it but we can do out patient surgery explained it all in detail and said the hospital would call to schedule. I have my first surgery February 9th and if that goes well he will see in two weeks if he can do the other hand. I really appreciated his honesty and then on February 4th I see a Ore Dr for my feet. I appreciate you all for taking care of me

Dr Bries helped me before with a shoulder & biceps injury and did a great job. So I asked to see him for my hip pain. He listened, examined my hip movements and ultimately gave me an injection. I’m very optimistic it will help remove/eliminate pain. Good guy and doctor!

Dr Bries explained the shoulder MRI and the current state of my rotator cuff in complete detail. He gave all the options to deal with this situation. He was very impressive in answering all questions and fully informing me of my choices. I'm glad he will be my surgeon.

His staff was there with me the whole time making sure I was doing okay. Dr. Bries took time to answer my questions in terms that I and my family could understand. Dr. Bries repaired my R knee patella tendon in 2024. I was able to gain full range of motion, function and strength.

Doctor saw me quickly, we discussed conditions, and he gave me a Cortisone shot which helped significantly!

Dr. Bries has taken of me for over 15 years. He's a very kind and compassionate doctor. He's done surgery on my arm, elbow, knee, all of them being on my left side. I just think the world of him! Ask for Dr. Bries when you need an orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Andrew Bries had reviewed the x-rays of my knees and confirmed they both have arthritis. We are going to take a step by step process ending in a possible knee replacement. Dr. Bries was very thorough and right up front with my situation. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

I came into the walk in clinic after a shoulder injury. Had xrays done and saw a PA there. After discussion and the assessment of my shoulder, we decided to move forward with a MRI. A MRI was scheduled that day for a couple weeks later and appt was scheduled with Dr. Bries for a few days after my MRI to go over my results. At the appt, my results were discussed and throughly explained on options and recommendations. Felt surgery was the best option to fix the damage done. Dr. Bries was amazing from that appointment through surgery and follow ups. All the staff through the entire process and experience have been awesome. I'm glad I decided to come here. Thank you all!!

Love Dr. Bries and his staff - Meghan and Katie. They always listen and give you the time you need to get your questions answered. The only problem I have is that he is so popular that getting in to see him can be a month’s wait or more. Once there, however, it’s great.

Was very satisfied w/ my apppointment. My only problem was getting a 3 mth appt at the desk. She insisted it was a 6-8 wk appt & I was told 3 mth & had a cortisone shot & will have PT.

This past June 2nd I had shoulder surgery with Dr Bries & Megan Wulf PA-C. I was in pain 24/7 and at the point I couldn’t lift my arm. Two surgeons told me I needed a reverse shoulder replacement. Even though I was told it was a massive injury, Dr Bries said he could fix it without doing a replacement surgery. I am now pain free. It’s going to be a long recovery because how massive they said the injury was. I can’t thank Dr Bries, Megan Wulf PA-C and all who take care of me enough. My follow up’s with Megan have been great. She’s pretty straightforward, which is what I want from my surgeon. I highly recommend them if you ever need a shoulder surgery.
