This past June 2nd I had shoulder surgery with Dr Bries & Megan Wulf PA-C. I was in pain 24/7 and at the point I couldn’t lift my arm. Two surgeons told me I needed a reverse shoulder replacement. Even though I was told it was a massive injury, Dr Bries said he could fix it without doing a replacement surgery. I am now pain free. It’s going to be a long recovery because how massive they said the injury was. I can’t thank Dr Bries, Megan Wulf PA-C and all who take care of me enough. My follow up’s with Megan have been great. She’s pretty straightforward, which is what I want from my surgeon. I highly recommend them if you ever need a shoulder surgery.

Dr. Bries has been with me through 2 total shoulders, a total knee, and a total hip. He has kept me active and pursuing all my physical activities without limitations. He instills trust in his patient and appreciates the fact that he explains the issues to me in engineering terms, as I am an engineer.His staff, Katie and Megan, are always so helpful in getting me in when a problem arises. Fortunately, today it was just a nasty lumbar strain. I was stressed, and I had either the other hip or knee issues. I love Dr Bries. He’s very professional, and to the point with a great bedside manner. His whole team is pretty awesome. I started seeing him eight years ago for my shoulders and now we are on to my knees. He definitely will get you feeling better and back where you need to be.

I’ve been through several surgeries with Dr. Bries - 2 shoulder replacements, a knee replacement, and carpal tunnel surgery. I always feel I’m in good hands with Dr. Bries. Besides performing successful surgeries, he is a caring doctor, always taking the time to answer all of my questions. He sits directly in front of me making full eye contact, as he discusses my issues and concerns. His bedside manner is top-notch. I have recommended him to several friends and they agree!

Dr Bries has performed four surgeries on me. What most impresses me about Dr Bries is his willingness to listen. He pulls his chair up in front of me to check out results and then answers all of my questions, and then verifies he has answered them all, no matter how many I have! Dr bries and his staff are great. I've had him for multiple surgeries and he has been a pleasure to work with.

He was very polite. He actually talked to me as a person and just not a number. I feel he cares about his patients. He answered all my questions to where it made sense.

Dr. Bries took time to show and explain my issue to me and help me feel good about our plan of attack.

Had a catch in My knee due to a meniscus tear. Dr Bries performed a scope surgery on it. It no longer catches or gives out, and the pain is gone. Highly recommend him and his staff.

Had to take 87 year old Mother in for crippling hip pain. They did X-rays and we chose to give her a cortisone shot (her first). She is pain free for now. It has given her more stability walking, standing, and getting up from her recliner. It gives her a better quality of life, even if it is a temporary fix.

Dr. Bries and his staff came highly recommended and yet I was skeptical having had a very poor experience at another clinic with another physician two years earlier. Dr. Bries and his entire staff were amazing! The surgery went perfectly, and the outcome was way better than I would ever have expected. Follow up care, including the physical therapist was just as good! I highly recommend this physician and the entire organization!

This was my first time going to Dr. Andrew Bries, and I was very satisfied. He did a good job answering my questions and concerns about shoulder pain I still have after having a reversed shoulder replacement performed by a different surgeon about a year ago. I had forgotten to ask him a couple of questions, and he came back in to answer those which amazed me! By the time I left my appointment we had a plan to try to help lessen the pain.
