They don't mess around. Had x-rays visited with the Dr and was out of there in less then 45 minutes. Dr Boardman was straight and to the point no nonsense type of person.

I throughly recommend this office for any orthopedic needs! Dr. Boardman and his staff are wonderful! They listen, make decisions with you not for you about your medical care, and take their time with each patient. Which leads to my 4 instead of a 5 star review. The wait times are sometimes extremely long. I had a 10:55 appointment and waited until 12:30 before I saw the Dr. They are extremely busy and full. So I recommend not planning anything after this appointment because it is very difficult to determine how long you’ll be waiting. Also, may I give a shout out to Amanda the casting nurse! She is AMAZING!!! Do I recommend this clinic? Absolutely!!!!

I have been very pleased with my experience at ORA. Dr. Boardman is great, and so is the rest of the staff. ORA is a well oiled machine. The info they provide to a patient prior to surgery is so helpful. Most of my questions were answered by reading the materials thoroughly. The entire staff listened to my concerns and I was always encouraged to call if I had further questions or concerns.

Wonderful! Dr BOARDMAN does an excellent job in communicating with his patients. I would recommend him to everyone who needs help. He is very kind and a good listener.

Very helpful! Learned more in my visit with him about my knee issues than I have in the last 6 months with all the other doctors at ORA. He showed me the x-rays and MRI images and explainedthings in a simple way that anyone would understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Boardman!!

I find it time to tell the world of medicine who is unorganized when this Doctor is Organized and runs an excellent business and a health clinic. Dr. Boardman is a part of a team of 'Competent People-' 'ORA' - in Moline IL is a 'CHOICE' 'class act' firm-of-doctors 'Everybody' - there knows what is going on with the human body mind 'they' are 'class act.' This man deserves 'Kindness'. He is 'Always' there to help you. He's a man of intelligence and moral 'especially his-kindness' he is 'sharp' 'whit' and 'snappy' - like that whole clinic. You go in and know what you want to know not the '2nd' - '3rd' time 'The-fist-time...' I not met a finer 'Organization' of a 'war chest' of Doctors this place is 'no-joke'

I fell on my knee a few months ago, and came to Dr. Boardman for a 2nd opinion after leaving my local hospital unsatisfied with the answer. Dr. Boardman took the time to explain how the knee muscles and tendons are connected, and explained using enough medical terminology to help me understand, but also not too much to where I couldn’t understand. Highly, highly recommend. If I ever have a need for an orthopedic specialist again, Dr. Boardman will be my first choice, regardless of the distance.

Had surgery on 3 separate occasions with 3 of the ORA doctors and each of them were amazing! If you need shoulder surgery, Suleman Hussein literally fixed mine better than it was before! Had an accident in September and Dr. Chesser put a couple pins in my broken ankle. Had super quick healing time and they were super attentive and answered all of my questions. This February, I fell and broke my wrist with a distal radial fracture, and Dr. Boardman put me together like a puzzle. Six weeks later and my progress is remarkable! Thank you all so much for your attentiveness and your pursuit of excellence!

Initial visit was great with Dr. BOARDMAN was great. Didn't enjoy the hour wait time . My appointment was for 9:10 and finely got to see him , a hour later.

Dr. Boardman is brilliant. His added talent is being able to explain a complicated diagnosis to where you understand it. In addition, I have had two procedures done that he did not recommend for my third similar problem because he diagnosed an overlying problem. Overnight I was in much less pain, and I still have a further appointment which he recommend recommended to a rheumatologist to remedy my illness.

Wow what a far cry from an emergency room had a weight lifting accident and needed help immediately was in severe pain and Boyden. They come through, they have me on my road. Recovery already and everyone was professional. Friendly helpful and caring loved my experience.

My visit was fine but the wait was way to long, 40 minutes and you could tell the other patients and staff were stressed and didn't see that there was an emergency to back everyone up but they certainly could have explained that if that was the case. The PA did apologize for the wait

The staff is great here! Checking in was really fast and accurate! The staff does a great job of listening and knowing how to fix issues instead of bandaid issues! The x-ray tech talks when doing X-rays doing the electrical slide at a wedding and which you have fun! Dr Boardman has a great personality and is a very caring and accurate about what his patients need and don't! This place puts UIHC to shame!

I want to thank doctor Boardman for how he was able to help me daughter understand her injuries. Dr. Boardman explained everything and gave my daughter a picture so that she could truly understand. Went to see Dr due to knee pain. I have had some abnormal blood work by general practitioner that they just blew off and wanted to put me on pain meds. Dr Boardman referd me to a specialist to try and find the root cause of my abnormal blood work and cause of my pain rather than just mask it with pain meds. He seemed to really care about getting answers for me to help me get on a path to recovery.
