Dr Mann was very observant and had good bedside manner. He explained my condition very well and all of the treatment options that I had for my broken hand.

Dr. Mann was patient, explained all of my options, and definitely made me feel comfortable. He left me with the choices and didn't try to pressure me into surgery.

Dr Mann’s appointments were running late, but one of the receptionists was great about keeping everyone in the waiting room informed…I didn’t hear any grumbling, due to schedule updates being made. Dr. Mann was quick, thorough, and gave a good explanation of my issue. He would have been happy to spend as much time as I needed, if I had had questions. He sent his PA in quickly, to give me an injection. The PA (Jim) was also thorough, and answered my questions. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed the visit with Dr Mann. The check in was not very pleasant. The check-in person did not have a name tag so I did not know her name. She didn’t introduce herself to me. When checking me in and asking questions she had practically no eye contact with me. Honestly, made me a little uncomfortable.

Dr. Mann ordered a brace for my wrist. The young man who brought it was kind and helpful . He showed me how to use the brace with clear is instructions. I also had an MRI. That staff was very good, making it an almost pleasant experience

He did not advise surgery on my case which was refreshing coming from a surgeon instead recommending pain management. I recommend Dr. Mann and will continue with this practice as needed.

I love the office staff, check ins are quick. Waiting time is only a few minutes I saw Dr Mann whom I had seen several years ago for my first cortisone shots. My left hand was killing me. I found out after an xray that i have a lot of arthritis in my thumb. The shots hurt so.ethi g aweful going in but after several days the pain is gone.

The wait time for an appointment to see Dr. Mann was less than 2 weeks which is remarkable for a specialist. I saw Dr. Mann for a trigger finger. He thoroughly explained what was going on in the finger, asked if I had questions, told me when to follow up, very courteous. His P.A. injected a steroid based solution into the area with expertise. Dr. Mann’s CV is very impressive. If I had another hand issue I would go to see him. He also does other areas like elbows, shoulders, etc…

Wonderful doctor. Respects my wishes of not replacing hand joints yet and is not pushy at all. Easy to talk to, explains in detail. Periodically takes new X-rays to ensure level of advancement of hand issues. He also did my carpel tunnel surgery years ago - can’t see scars and surgery was highly successful.

Dr. Mann and the entire staff at ORA are incredibly efficient. Everyone is polite and the appointments are very time conscious, yet thorough, putting the welfare of the patient above everything else. This applies to their Physical Therapy department as well. Thank you ORA!

Wait time to see Dr Mann was less than ten minutes. His staff is kind and personable. He listened patiently as I explained my situation that had been going on for over a year. He assessed my hand and finger asked questions then explained how to remedy the problem. Within twenty four hours my pain and swelling was alleviated. I would highly recommend him and we are blessed to have him practicing in this community

I needed a surgical repair of failed hardware in my elbow. I was sad, disappointed and very nervous about needing a second surgery with a different surgeon. Dr. Mann explained his repair plan well and was very kind and gentle with my arm. At every appointment he was always prompt and made sure all my questions were answered. Very pleased with my outcome.

Dr. Mann entered, washed his hands, introduced himself and his associate. He was efficient and kind. He understood immediately when I said that I was there because of arthritis and I was there to learn. He listened and exerted no pressure. I would recommend him to others.

Excellent care

Dr.Mann took very good care of my son when he suffered a broken wrist in a basketball game. I am very pleased and grateful for him and his peers. Lovely people.

I was seen by Dr. Mann for left hand middle trigger finger. ( Saw Dr. Mann for same on right hand many years ago and had great results with one steroid injection.). After coming in and assessing my finger, he left the room and sent in another to do the injection. I was not told or asked if it was okay that someone else performed the injection! I am terribly disappointed! I wanted Dr. Mann to do the injection! He was the doctor I scheduled my appointment with and that is who I wanted to do the injection! I will see how it goes and if I get relief; if not, I will make sure Dr. Mann does the next one! I should have spoken up and said that I only wanted Dr. Mann to do it but I did not want to be a nuisance.

I am so happy to be free of arthritic pain of my finger. Dr Mann cleaned up the arthritis and replaced the middle knuckle on my right ring finger. My finger was so swollen prior to surgery and now it looks like a real finger. Thank you, Dr Mann!
