Dr. Straten has been helping me for the last 9 years. He takes the time to listen. I don't feel like he is trying to rush out the door.

Dr. Van Straten was terrific! He was well-prepared for my appointment, displayed the MRI, explained the issue clearly, and provided information about treatment options. It was evident he was knowledgeable about the cause, treatment, and the anticipated outcome. He also addressed what to do in the event I encounter issues amidst the process. I was given ample time to ask questions, and Dr. Van Stratten answered everything thoroughly. A+ care!

Dr. Van Straten is the absolute best! My pain is so much better since I have seen him. He listens and sincerely cares about his patients. He comes up with a treatment plan and he helps me so much. Since he went to ORA everything is so much better! Its easier to get in to see him, his surgery schedule is quicker to get in to, and this was the best decision he could have made for his patients. My overall health is better because I feel so much better, and knowing he will take care of me to the best of his ability helps me have a more positive outlook about my health.

I'm always hesitant meeting a new doctor but Dr. VanStratton was personable and professional. He was well informed about the treatment performed by my previous Dr. THAT retired. By the time I left, I was comfortable with the plan of action and trusting him with it.

He listened to all of my symptoms and concerns, we discussed a plan of action and I have confidence we will get to the bottom of the issue and create a plan of action. Dr. VanStraten is absolutely my favorite Doctor. He may be new to ORA, but he is not new for me. He listens and gives feedback. He genuinely cares about his patients. I always feel better after my proceedures and now what makes it even better is he is able to get me in right away if I need to see him or have a proceedure. Going to ora was a really good move so his patients don't have to wait for treatments or appointments like before even though he is well worth the wait. I have already had 2 proceedures since his move and I feel so much better. 2 days since my last proceedure and I am feeling way better than I did 3 days ago. As long as he is practicing, I will be a patient of his. I have worked in health care with a license myself (I don't think he knows that) and I know i am in good hands as long as he is my doctor.

Exceptional! Dr. VanStraten is an excellent Dr that listens to your complaints and comes up with the best solution to help you. He is mindful of any pain a procedure may cause, and he is sorry for it. But in the end, you feel so much better! I love this Dr!
