Very understanding and very sincere

I had my first visit with Dr. VanStraten this week to discuss the constant pain I have been dealing with. He listened to all of my symptoms and concerns, we discussed a plan of action and I have confidence we will get to the bottom of the issue and create a plan of action. I was very pleased with my initial visit.

Dr Van Straten was very pleasant and explained my situation and the options I had.

I've been to ORA many times for various reasons. And I always get good care. This time Dr Rossi and Dr Van Straten figured out my current problem and Im sure Im on my road to recovery!

Set me up with an MRI, hopefully they can tell me what’s wrong after they do that. It’s just been a long road and I’m tired. My sciatic nerve and my right hip are the issue,

Dr. VanStraten is absolutely my favorite Doctor. He may be new to ORA, but he is not new for me. He listens and gives feedback. He genuinely cares about his patients. I always feel better after my proceedures and now what makes it even better is he is able to get me in right away if I need to see him or have a proceedure. Going to ora was a really good move so his patients don't have to wait for treatments or appointments like before even though he is well worth the wait. I have already had 2 proceedures since his move and I feel so much better. 2 days since my last proceedure and I am feeling way better than I did 3 days ago. As long as he is practicing, I will be a patient of his. I have worked in health care with a license myself (I don't think he knows that) and I know i am in good hands as long as he is my doctor.

I was very pleased with the doctor and comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment, although I was kept waiting for an hour before I saw him.

Exceptional! Dr. VanStraten is an excellent Dr that listens to your complaints and comes up with the best solution to help you. He is mindful of any pain a procedure may cause, and he is sorry for it. But in the end, you feel so much better! I love this Dr!
