Click on RSS/Grand Rounds and sign in to register. Go to My Portal and create a Profile if you do not already have one with MCRF. If you are new to Tracker, please it is preferable to register with your personal email and not your work email as many times we are finding that the work email blocks follow-up messages we send to you for the evaluation and claiming credit. (This will be a one-time only for all programs unless you want to later change your profile). Make sure in the profile that you list the credit you are eligible to receive by your profession and credentials, your license number, Affiliation, and Specialty.

Primary Care Sports MSK Seminar Series sponsored by ORA Orthopedics

Target Audience: Physicians, OT/OTA, PT/PTA, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.

Purpose: To improve the system wide approach to common orthopedic problems, ensure improved communication, and generate a cooperative relationship between PCPs, therapists, and orthopedic surgeons.

Objectives:

Attendees will be able to adequately describe and recognize shoulder ailments that mimic impingement syndrome.
Attendees will be able to describe different non-surgical and surgical options for uncommon shoulder diagnoses.
Attendees will be able to describe expected outcomes of uncommon shoulder diagnoses.

Physicians:

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Iowa Medical Society (IMS) through the joint sponsorship of Midwest Cardiovascular Research Foundation and ORA. Midwest Cardiovascular Research Foundation is accredited by the IMS to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Midwest Cardiovascular Research Foundation designates this educational activity for a maximum of _1.5_ AMA PRA Category 1 Credits^TM. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
