New: Online Scheduling
While our Appointment Scheduling staff loves assisting patients over the phone, they understand that not everyone has time to make a call during regular business hours. As such, ORA is pleased to offer another great way to book your appointment 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whenever it is convenient for you.
DASHself is our new online appointment scheduling module, providing a secure and reliable way to plan your next orthopedic visit. Patients can now easily book their orthopedic appointments online from the convenience of their smartphone or computer without ever having to wait on hold or speak with a person. You can schedule an appointment at 2 o’clock in the afternoon or 2 o’clock in the morning.
How do you use it?
When using DASHself, simply type in the name of your ORA physician to see their most up-to-date availability. Or, if you are a new patient, you can search for a particular specialty or provide a general reason for your upcoming visit and DASHself will select the physicians that specialize in that area.
After following the prompts and selecting the physician and most convenient clinic location, date and time, you will be provided an online confirmation of your appointment.
No need for patients to create a username and password or login into a patient portal to schedule an appointment. Simply click on the “Book Appt Online” icon on the ORA homepage and you will have an appointment scheduled in no time.
Schedule online or by phone
Both existing and new patients are welcome to schedule an online appointment using DASHself. However, if you prefer to make your appointments over the phone, you can still contact our Appointment Scheduling staff at 563-322-0971 or 309-762-3621.
At ORA Orthopedics, we are focused on you. As our patient, you will receive one-on-one attention throughout every step of your care, including appointment scheduling. We strongly believe that patient access to timely and convenient orthopedic care is important to achieving the best possible outcomes and quality of life for our patients.
