Doctor Collazo was great. He knew exactly what to do, procedure was quick and easy (for him) and I was feeling better before I left the clinic.

I was satisfied the day seen but when needed a work note and needed to have a call back from him I have still to this day not received that call nor note . It is a workman’s comp situation and to be paid for the days missed due to my injuries from work I’m not paid.

He takes his time to answer your questions and gives you options to help with your care. He explains things thoroughly. He lets you decide what is the best choice for you and your circumstances. I would highly recommend him as your podiatrist.

The wait time was too long. I got there early like was instructed too and I waited 2 hours before I got to see dr.

Dr Collazo is a great surgeon, very personable, takes time to answer questions and/or concerns. If you are in need for an orthopedist, go see him, I promise that you will be happy you did.

Dr Collazo and his scribe were wonderful. My only complaint is the X-ray tech didn't seem to have much compassion. She asked if I was supposed to put any weight on my left foot. I said I'm not supposed to. She said well that's the only way you're going to avoid surgery so you need to stay off it. But did she have a wheelchair to take me to the X-ray room so I wasn't on my foot? Nope. People that are coming to a doctor's office such as this they're in pain and they're suffering. We're not there for social events. So I would suggest keeping a wheelchair close by for the other people and myself that will need x-rays. I was lucky to have the knee scooter throughout this situation. I appreciate all of you guys help and making me feel better about having a broken foot. You guys are rockstars.

This doctor is Very caring very receptive listens to you very clean awesome staff couldn't be more impressed if I tried. When the doctor was running late the staff came out and let us know which was very respectful and very impressed by. My previous doctor left ORA and I was pretty nervous to see who I would end up with. Dr. Collazo immediately erased my worries. He walked in the room with a bright cheerful smile and positive energy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He also had a different technique on how he does cortisone shots for plantar fasciatis and my feet haven't felt this good in a couple years. Highly recommend!!
