Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of our Conference
ORA was thrilled to host our 10th Annual Orthopedic Conference for Primary Care at the Quad-Cities Waterfront Convention Center this October. After a two-year pause due to the pandemic, our physicians were excited to be back in action with over 250 healthcare professionals from the QC community to discuss orthopedic pain, conditions, and injuries.
Our physician-led presentations covered a variety of orthopedic topics. Panel discussions centered around unique patient cases in spine and pain management, hip replacement, orthobiologics, and sports medicine. Some of our physicians also highlighted “top ten” orthopedic injuries in their presentations, inspired by the 10th anniversary of our conference.
In addition to the physician-led presentations, our attendees also had the opportunity to attend breakout sessions throughout the day. These interactive sessions focused on physical exams of the knee and shoulder, as well as splinting demonstrations and injection techniques.

Special Guest: The Legendary Dan Gable
This year, we were even lucky enough to welcome the legendary Dan Gable to our conference for a special lunch-hour presentation. Dan Gable is a gold medal-winning Olympic wrestler and coach and former coach of the Iowa Hawkeye Wrestling team, winning 15 national titles in 21 years along with 21 Big Ten Championships. He is also a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
We were so happy Dan could join us. After his inspiring speech, he was kind enough to take photographs with our attendees and physicians and sign autographs and sports memorabilia.
Thank you!
We would like to thank Dan, the Waterfront Convention Center, the entire ORA team, and our incredible supporters who helped make this great day possible. It was amazing to be back together again for another successful conference filled with education and fun. We hope all of our attendees had the best time!
