Jessica Katzer, D.P.M.

It was a refreshing appointment with Jessica Katzer. She was very informative, easy to understand and hear. Others in the Medical field could learn from her.

I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by the staff right away. A short time later I was taken back to an exam room and completed my iintake information. Within a short period Dr. Katzer came into the room and began her examination of my ankle and asked questions surrounding the problem I’m having with it. After receiving the MRI information she went over it with me. It was decided we take a fluid sample from my ankle to send to the lab to be tested for the possibility of gout. Dr Katzer was very kind and easy to talk to. She is obviously well educated and qualified to treat whatever she deems necessary for my recovery from this problem. It was a pleasure to meet her and I feel I’m in good hands for treatment from her.

Dr. Katzer is a very friendly and caring Podiatrist! I have a foot condition which is very painful, and she is working all avenues to see if we can fix the problem! I give her a Gold Star and a 5 Star rating!

She had a great bedside manner, making sure to listen to all of my concerns. She also explained things well, helping me figure out how to alleviate and/or manage pain.

After 7 weeks of doctors not listening to me, Dr. Katzer finally looked into my pain and removed the source immediately!

Jessica was very helpful and took the time to explain my issue and recommend different medical therapies to help the healing process.

Dr Kautzer was friendly, direct, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly regarding my upcoming surgery and recovery. I was impressed.

Dr. Katzer and staff were very helpful reviewing the x-rays of my ankle. She explained that down the way I would need to have surgery to fix the issue going on. For now I am getting s shot that seems to be working pretty good. Very happy with the care I received ☺️ that day.
