I can’t say enough great things about ORA in Bett. We walked in after 6:30 PM (they close at 7) and we were treated with kindness and a welcoming attitude. The nurses and staff were all so kind and we never felt rushed/unwanted with it being so close to closing time. Rachael Brengman was great with our tired and sore 18 month old. The X-Ray tech and nurses who helped cast my son’s leg made his experience as pleasant as it could be — singing Mickey songs and giving him a sticker to distract him from the process.
